  2. Hi, I had a question on Numbers 28. I wanted to know if the stones put in the Ephod has any significance because it comes again in the same order in Revelation. I have always been stumped by that and I can’t find any explanation for it.

  3. Hi Fr Mike!
I’ve been watching you on YouTube and I wanted to present a question. A few years ago I was attending Franciscan University of Steubenville. My heart was really broken (not over a guy) just tough personal and family stuff I was going through and shared that I with some fellow students. I had to stop talking about it because I kept getting the same disturbing answer many times from many different students. Their response was to explain that Jesus is the good shepherd and if a sheep wanders off then a shepherd will break that sheep’s legs and will carry it on his shoulders till the leg heals and that teaches the sheep not to wander off. I think they were trying to comfort me by telling me that God was making me suffer to make me closer to him. I continue to be horrified by this violent image and don’t consider it loving at all. Can you speak to this metaphor?
    Thanks!
