Meet Your Host: Jeff Cavins
Jeff Cavins is passionate about helping people understand Scripture and become disciples of Jesus Christ. Though he was born Catholic, Jeff went to Bible school and served as a protestant minister for twelve years before reverting to the Catholic Faith. Jeff then received his MA in Theology from Franciscan University of Steubenville. Since then, he has become a leading Catholic evangelist and author.
Jeff created The Bible Timeline learning system, which revolutionized Catholic Bible Study for millions of Catholics. Since its introduction, Jeff has developed The Great Adventure series of Bible studies to help people better understand Sacred Scripture and its meaning for their lives.
You are absolutely right, I attended a local Lutheran Bible Study for over 10 years as there were non in the Catholic Churches and now its come full circle where I am more apt to find a Bible Study I like in the Catholic Church. It is wonderful news as we all can get so much from knowing the BibleL
Doing both Bible in a Year and Catechism in a Year at the same time. I am a Congregationalist Protestant but am trying to join the Catholic Church. Fr.Mike is amazing.
It’s always a pleasure to listen Jeff’s podcast. I’m very grateful because he and Scott Hahn have teached me how to read and make sense from Holy Scripture.
Such a strong knowledge of the word and delivers his pearls with humility and spiritual growth at the same time!
I enjoy so much listening to you. This is the first podcast which I really enjoyed but mostly I listen to you on Hallow. I put the Daily Reflection in my routine so I never miss it. Thank you for what you do. I learn so much from you.
Can you put these talks on YouTube -many prefer to watch someone speaking….
Jeff Cavins and Father Mike’s approach to the Bible in a year is very inspirational. I look forward to my journey.
