Hello Jeff,
So much richness in what you have shared in episode 372 (3)
One thing you reminded me of was when a friend and I once said to each other many years ago ; we said we were raised Catholic and we would always be Catholic ! So I have never thought of NOT being Catholic ~ I’m close to your age 🙂
I agree. Growing up Catholic and being catechized was not the best but I think that’s my fault. I know I did not give studying & reading scripture my best effort. But I always felt deep within the Love of Jesus. Having this was enough to get me through a number of tricky situations growing up. I give Jesus all the credit for saving me from falling into despair when I had some heavy stuff going on as a youngster. Praise God!
Thank you much for your insight.
Best to you & your family.
God Bless.
