The reason for fitness and to take care of your physical body, is to enhance your quality of life and to be able to serve others. However, it is not the end all be all, we know we are leaving these physical bodies.

We also discuss how to find time for fitness, why it’s important to do so, and where to start if you are completely out of shape.
