Are you ready to have another baby? Danielle dives into this question after hearing from listener Catherine who is struggling to come to terms with a new and unexpected pregnancy. Danielle discusses helpful ways to address the different feelings women may have in response to getting pregnant.

Are You Ready for Another Baby?
1. It’s OK to feel the way you feel.
Don’t waste time or energy beating yourself up for how you feel. Negative feelings are a part of life and even sometimes pregnancy!
2. Bring it to prayer.
This challenge is an invitation to grow in relationship with God. Learning to trust in the goodness and providence of God is a lifetime project!
3. Think of pain points you can address.
What worries you most? Can you do something practical to address your legitimate concerns?
4. Know that it’s hard, but you can do hard things.
You were made for this. It may not be easy, but God is giving you the grace you need.
At the end of today’s show, I share a voice message from Sally who shares ideas for celebrating with family and REALLY recommends Heather Robertson for health and fitness resources.
