Through a song lyric and a story about a homeless man, Brother Mark-Mary sums up who he is and what matters most to him. He doesn’t say where he’s from or how he became a friar, because to him, that’s not important. All that matters is that he’s “just a poor child” who is overwhelmed by the many gifts God has given him.
