How to Really “Pray Without Ceasing”

In Scripture, St. Paul tells the Thessalonians to “pray without ceasing.” But can anyone who lives in this modern world possibly do that? The truth is, we can do our daily tasks and still have time to dedicate to prayer, even if it’s just a small part of our day.

Today, Fr. Mark-Mary and Danielle Bean explain what it means to “pray without ceasing,” and how to add intentional prayer into our hectic lives.
