How Does Spiritual Healing Work?

When faced with a deep wound, should you root it out or offer it up? Is it best to seek help from Jesus or a doctor?

Today, Fr. Mark-Mary addresses the practical dos and don’ts for a Catholic approach to healing. Pain and affliction are inevitable within a fallen world–it’s what you do with that wound that matters. Father explains man’s tendency to overemphasize or downplay past or present hurts. He encourages us to invite the Lord to restore and renew our lives on this lifetime journey of healing.
